Subscription Pause Policy

If you subscribe to a 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year plan, you have the flexibility to pause your flower deliveries:

• 3-Month Plan – One-time pause, up to 2 weeks.

• 6-Month Plan – Up to two pauses, with a maximum of 3 weeks per pause.

• 1-Year Plan – Up to three pauses, with a maximum of 3 weeks per pause.

Pauses must be requested at least one week in advance, and deliveries will resume automatically after the selected pause period. To request a pause, please email hello@cherryblossomdubai.ae each time you wish to make a change.

Shipping Information

Free Delivery in Dubai.

- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered on the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the following day.
- Abu Dhabi Delivery Charges: Delivery is free for all orders above AED500 a delivery fee of AED75 applies for orders below AED500.
